Methods: Commitment for the implementation with the company Health Council, design the best way to do (Cost /benefit), best practices worldwide references, identify the most common causes of absenteeism in the company, and finally found the most easy and rapid way to spread the health concepts within our employees and establish the health performance indicators.
Conclusion: All our occupational and preventive health programs in our company are based in four preventive levels; the first of one is the Information and Health Promotion. With our “Health Essentials” Program we have started to create the base and guidelines to spread the basic health concepts to inform our employees -with a non medical language -about of the most common diseases and how we can to prevent them. Additionally we created a great synergy between our countries and reduce the time to implementation of our program with a great level of acceptation and ownership in each country.
