Introduction:  Discussion of the approach taken by a multinational company with over 120,000 employees located in more than 80 countries to design an integrated health and wellness program built on an occupational health framework of support.  

Methods:      Global  program  design  elements,  leadership engagement strategies,  brand equity building and  multi- media communications  efforts as well as success measures will be discussed.  Results from the launch in the US and global deployment successes and opportunities will be shared as well as plans for future innovations.  

Conclusion:   A   multi-disciplinary  approach to  the design and deployment of a globally integrated health and wellness program can be a platform  to maximize company health investments, enhance employee health and  engagement  as well as improve overall performance and productivity as measured by company employee surveys.  As a result,  a  company  could experience a  competitive advantage  as  a  healthy  employer of choice.
