Introduction
In 2008 it reported 13, 371 Jalisco invalidity opinions, much is at lumbar spine injuries, most are permanent and require thorough evaluation of lumbar capabilities.

Methods
A comparative study on a sample of 20 workers with disability status of lumbar injury, were applied isokinetic exercises to identify musculoskeletal capacity and to know the percentage of disability the Oswestry questionnaire. OBJECTIVE:To evaluate the functionality of the lumbar spine through the implementation of the Oswestry questionnaire and isokinetic evaluation in pensioners with lumbar injury.

Results
Oswestry questionnaire was presented on average 60%. In assessing isokinetic extension peak torque was obtained on average 44 (nw). Fatigue at work, a mean and mode of zero. Flexion peak torque was obtained with a mean of -75.5 (nw). For the average power to fashion 40 (v). In the middle and work fatigue mode was zero.

Discussion
It was confirmed disability in workers performing any achievement normal isokinetic testing, this study is a useful tool for early detection of cases of secondary gain and / or simulation.
