Introduction
Organizational Work Stress Questionnaire showing two independent dimensions: the first concerns the workers' perceptions regarding the organizational conditions and group such as structure, cohesion and support of the working group and the second dimension refers to the administrative processes required of the worker.

Methods
Method Analytical observational, longitudinal, stratified random for the measurement of organizational work-related stress in 293 nursing staff members applying Organizational Work Stress, so back to practice convenience sample laboratory tests (cytology hematology, blood chemistry, lipid profile) cabinet (Holter electrocardiographic monitoring 24 hrs, with unity cardiovex 3-channel Holter monitoring was performed ambulatory blood pressure with ABPM unit 100) 

Results
The cardiovascular physical symptoms for the two dimensions were palpitations, dizziness, fatigue, chest tightness, migraine, sweating, polyuria and hypertension. 
Laboratory tests showed those who stress only found a rise in figures, and hematic cytology lipid profile. 
Laboratory tests of those who had stress showed changes in both hematic cytology as lipid profile.

Discussion
Stress was associated with hypertension and increased heart rate and arrhythmias: In conclusion, there is a risk of increased morbidity and mortality in people with work stress.
