Discussion
While conditions are established according to specific occupational risk law (LRT 24557), there is a wide swath of workers with occupational diseases and non-occupational illness, who are very difficult and sometimes impossible to relocate in a different work place. Do not take into consideration the age of workers is more related to retirement age than the specific function.
