  • Introduction Workers in the small enterprises have experienced poor infirmary health care services. In fact, the need of health care services such as within the company infirmary for workers before, during and after work have been concerned. Accordingly, new occupational health care services, which run by private sector professional organizations, are conducted to maximize the synergy of government financial support.  Methods 1. Operating Date : April 1, 2011 start work.   2. Center location and size : Southeast National Industrial Complex in Incheon. Only the area 390 m2.  3. Staffing : A total of 8 people (1 in occupational medicine specialists, 3 nurses, 1 physical therapists, 1 psychologist, 1 industrial hygienist, 1 ergonomist). Result   1. Medical counseling: The main role is to concern about the most common diseases as well as occupational diseases, conformity assessment services 2. Health promotion: The main role is to assess risk of cerebrocardiovascular diseases, smoking cessation, and exercise promotion program. 3. Psychological counseling service: The main role is to measure Job stress, MBTI (Myers briggs type indicator), depression, organizational psychology, and KOSS(South Korea Type of job stress test). 4. Work environment counseling: The major role is to train workers how to use personal protective equipment training, and do a basic research of hazards, PAOT (Participatory Action Oriented Training). 5. Musculoskeletal disorders prevention: The major role is to carryout muscle relaxation, balance maintenance techniques, and stretching techniques, physical therapy, and exercise therapy. Discussion The Workers Health Centre has been operated by the following 5 strategies for health care management of workers in small enterprises. 1. Shared dispensary of workers in small enterprises 2. Personnel care – physicians   3. Tertiary hospital connections after the first medical treatment 4. Comfortable and confidential medical treatment consultation 5. Consultation of all workers’ health care management
