Since the 80s, the traditional EMS of the 92 province (West Paris Area with 1.5 M inh.) has developed a close cooperation with Occupational Health Services of large companies. Indeed, this province includes the largest number of French private companies, especially in the “La Defense district” (business center of Paris). Total, Renault, L’Oreal are some examples of such companies. Since that time, the cooperation has been extended all over France, by the way of tailored training sessions such as an annual 2-day workshop on “emergency in occupational setting” update. It addresses both physicians and nurses. Growing number of participants and evaluations show the increasing interest of health practitioners in the field of emergency care in occupational setting. Different results of cooperation as perspective will be presented in the session.
