Introduction
telemedicine means the delivery of a medical service without personal contact between the patient and the physician. The number and scope of telemedicine projects and applications world-wide are growing rapidly along with exponential expansions. In the sectorof the occupational health, modern acquisitions system are needed. Telemedicine combines telecommunications technology and medicine to increase access to health care service for patients living in remote areas and enhance efficiency of delivering that care. Reduction in the size of enterprises, the emergence of atypical work patterns and problem recruiting and training occupational health specialist risk, making this minority even smaller

Methods
The rule involves the transmission of indispensable personal medical data.The medical professional secrecy is not violated. Telemedicine must be used by the subject during usual daily routines. Telemedicine may be used for periodic health evaluation data including standardized occupational medical questionnaire filled with help of a nurse or non medical people.Sensor electronic module permits the acquisition of different physiological parameters(spirometry ,ophtalmologic data ,audiometry...) and their online transmission;

Results
Workers and providers were comfortable with the technology after a short training session and satisfied with the outcome of visits.Key areas analysed on compass systems usability clinical outcomes ,patients quality of care ,and info ethic issues. Telemedicine is expected tio significantly reduce absenteeism and travel incurred by various laboratory tests.

Discussion
We need to improve access to occupational health services. Clinicians were of the opinion that the telemedicine visit felt similar to face to face visit.Patient agreed that telemedicine had a positive effect on their relationship with the health-care provider. Physicians ,nurses and patients were capable of using the technology with little training. The avaibility of health care attention at the point of need is one of the key benefits of telemedicine
