Introduction
Adequate diagnosis setting out the specific contribution of quality of life determinants like psychological and social issues, environmental aspects can help in developing strategies to promote health and quality of life in the workplace, positively influencing the lifestyle of workers. This study is an evaluation of the Quality of Life of the electronic manufacturing workers it was applied the World Health Questionnaire of Quality of Life, the WHOQOL Bref, with objective to determine which domains those contribute to improve or reduce the quality of life.

Methods
A cross-sectional, quantitative study was conducted using volunteer samples of both genders. The established inclusion criteria were be an employee of the company, work in the assembly line and agree to participate in the research. Among the 1200 workers, 164 were randomly selected. The questionnaire used was The WHO Quality of Life Assessment (WHOQOL – Bref). The syntax's available and recommended for SPSS version 13, favoring the analysis of factors. The level of significance for statistical tests was 5%, ie, p <0.05. All confidence intervals were constructed with 95% probability.

Results
The social demographic data was quite homogeneous in all aspects; however, prevailing females (69.8%).Was considering the equivalent contribution of Physical (73.28), Psychological (71.81) and Social (72.24) domains unlike to observed in relation of Environmental domain (58.72) which minor contribution to quality of life, in special on leisure and financial aspects.

Discussion
The overall analysis of employees’ perception about life quality areas indicates that the physical, psychological and social relationship factors were crucial to the high scores of WHOQOL Bref, clearly contrasting with the lowest scores for environment. The quality of life determinants should be considered by companies in order to develop programs to fit the work environment, training and guidance, aiming at improvement of the quality of life.
