  • Johnson & Johnson’s culture of health embraces occupational health, wellness, mental health, personal energy and employee engagement with the aim of having the world’s healthiest, most engaged workforce where our employees lead full and productive lives both at and outside work. J&J is a diversified global health care company, which for the last 30 years has been on a journey developing such a culture of health across its US operations. However, with over 60% of the company’s employees based outside of the US the current challenge is how to extend this philosophy globally. The session will focus on the challenges of implementing global solutions that are effective in different regulatory, cultural, employee and business environments, and that are also sustainable, measurable and outcomes driven. Examples will be used from a number of emerging and developing economies.
