Macroergonomics: Psycophylomanufacturing

Special intervention with 92 workers result in better support to their demands to improve better practices in Lean Manufacturing in a Fan Factory area   and also to improve better results in their goal measures  in 2009 against the same goal measures in 2008. The intervention includes a complete training about the factory goals and about the importance of interaction between managers and workers to avoid issues that decrease the safety, productivity and quality goals. Also a special workshop to establish in group the negative attitudes of supervisors and coordinators that will affect operational staff and influence positive change for the welfare of the entire company. A close contact with site director and production workers results in less time to avoid old issues that affect these goal measures. Special approach to workers and closer contact with site manager can produce successful results in general important measures of the facilities that receive this intervention.
