Introduction
In the Employment and Rehabilitation Act for the Disabled, there are 14 defined services of the rehabilitation employment.

Methods
Paper describes preparation of the opinion about the level of abilities, knowledge, work habits and the interests of the disabled, whose physical and mental consequences are permanent with mild or severe employment disability. Opinion is a staring point for the rehabilitation plan, which has to be adopted by the Rehabilitation Commission at the Employment Service and Professional Rehabilitation of the Retirement and Invalid Insurance Agency. Service is carried out by the team made of: occupational specialists, psychiatrist, psychologist, sociologist, technologist and work therapist, who leads, co-ordinate and evaluate all the employment rehabilitation services at the team meetings.

Results
On the basis of the assessment of the health factors, assessment of the educational-professional factors and acquired work experiences, assessment of the social factors, factors of the environment, assessments of the cognitive functions and learning, assessment of personality and behaviour, acceptance of invalidity, interests and goals, assessment of the individual work functioning, a final opinion with the assessment of the employment is worked out, which can be in the usual work environment (100% achievement of the work results), at the company for the disabled (90% – 70%), supporting employment (support needed at the work place and adjustment of the work place or work equipment), protected employment (70% - 30%), or social inclusion (less then 30%).

Discussion
In the year 2010 there were 36 people referred to the OZARA for employment rehabilitation, who were all analysed by their gender, age, education, leading diagnosis, level of disability and suggestions on the employment.
