Introduction
The occupational exposure to Psychosocial Risks raises In Argentina workers. This is and Aplicated Psychosociology Research as an experience of Health prevention.We show how to Diagnose and bring some strategies to action in prevention to reduce indicators risk

Methods
A case study was conducted on records of 210 people questionnaries. the questinnaire was administrated, to services company workers. It was adapted, confidential and anonymous (CoPso ISTAS 21) and other model wich focalices in the identification of adverse work conditions such as (work contents, autonomy, participation, rol definitions, carreer plans oportunity, personal interrelationships, motivation) related to the work organization in the Company that have an impact in Health

Results
Inicitially, this are the results of the cuantitative questionnaires y cualitativas intervues. The indicatores respecting to the insatisfaction with the salary is more than 50% and the disconformity with his professional condition is High (74 %).The amount of ours per week exceeds over 45 hs.Excesive rechange of personnel.The lack of motivation and recognition seem to be the main problem. This factors plus the lack of ergonomy process aplicated, the high workloads and working undertime preasure, are aparently the causes of more suffering at work.

Discussion
The key factors for a good working environment include leadership, team dynamics, and good comunication employer-employees. Mental health or maturity, requires not only professional skill but also social competence and an abilty to colaborate. The intervention proposal is to implement a Psychosocial Risk Prevention Program, aplicating tools to improve internal comunication in the chain of comand, from the managment up to the staff with trainig and workshops . The goal is to improve this variables: the motivación, recognition, carreer development in the company, job satisfaction and low level of sickness absence
