Telemedicine combines telecommunications technology and medicine to increase access to health care service for patients living in remote areas and enhance efficiency of delivering that care. Methods
The rule involves the transmission of indispensable personal medical data.The medical professional secrecy is not violated. Telemedicine must be used by the subject during usual daily routines. Physicians ,nurses and patients were capable of using the technology with little training. The avaibility of health care attention at the point of need is one of the key benefits of telemedicine
