Introduction
This survey is a part of the national follow-up system for occupational health services (OHS) and is ordered by the Finnish Ministry of Social Affairs and Health. This is the seventh survey collected every third to fourth year in order to get overview of arrangements, recourses and output in Finnish Occupational Health Services. The surveys give a good overview of Finnish OHS and developmental needs.

Methods
A net and postal questionnaire were mailed first to all OHS units in our register (N = 412). The data was collected directly from the biggest private medical centers. The mailing list was based on the previous similar surveys and was updated just before this survey. The data will be fulfilled with information of activities and compensation from the Social Insurance Institution and data of resources and qualification from the Finnish OHS professional's associations. To get high response rate, the extra questionnaires were sent to OHS units, who had not responded and finally, a telephone interview was carried out. The response rates have been earlier over 90 percents.

The questionnaire included a comprehensive selection of questions related to arrangements of OHS, number of employer and employee customers, personnel and their qualification, activities in OHS, cooperation and quality assessment.

Results
Data collection is going on.

Discussion
This report will be published at the end of this year. The results and conclusions will be presented in the congress.
