Introduction
Integral Health and Prevention of Drug Addiction are closely related, and to a problem such as drug use, has no sense to apply coercive measures of control because they can generate concealment and intensification of the problem. Based on this, the Model Health Promotion considered an effective system of work, develop specific prevention strategies in parallel with specific prevention in the context of promoting health and wellbeing of employees, maintaining a policy designed to encourage the development of healthy lifestyles.

Methods
A descriptive and documentary research on the current model of health promotion, sponsored by the World Health Organization, is carried out to develop a program of prevention of drug use with emphasis on specific prevention tools.

Results
A draft program of drug prevention in the workplace is developed considering the guidelines of the World Health Organization for the prevention of drug consumod and the workplace.

Discussion
This is a comprehensive plan that evaluates the need to encourage the search for a better quality of life like a protective mechanism in populations at risk of drug use. Based on the WHO concept, quality of life is: "the perception that an individual has its place in existence, in the context of culture and value system in which they live and in relation to their goals, expectations, standards, concerns, this is a very broad concept that is influenced in complex ways by the subject's physical health, psychological state, level of independence, social relationships and their relation to its environment". Again, for establish a link between the concepts of Prevention and Health, we can improve the quality of life worker's with the highest expression in Health, promoting and prevention of drugs consumption in the occupational world of today.
