Introduction
The insertion in the labor market is a challenge for adolescents. Teens experience this period of time concerned about their study development, career choices, social and work demands. The aim of this study was to develop educational interventions for young students aiming to entry the labor market in order to help their transition from non-workers to working teens.

Methods
Participation included 28 adolescents, 12 males/16 females, aged between 14 and 18 years old. It was conducted in a non-governmental organization located in the outskirts of São Paulo, Brazil. This NGO provides training during 6 months, 25 hours/week, including themes such as: computer skills, fundamentals of human relations, professional conduct, oral and written practices, health-related issues. After training students are sent to companies that hire them as apprentices or trainees. A 2 years follow-up is provided by the NGO to the students who entry the labor market. The research team conducted ten meetings with the students, from August to December 2010.
It was used the socio-psycho dramatic method (MORENO, 1978).

Results
A number of issues were addressed during the sessions and related to their childhood and adolescence years, their choices, dreams, health symptoms, potential hazards at work, and their future. The socio-psychodramatic sessions enabled the students to reflect and make sense of their roles and future as workers. The scenes developed during the sessions helped the students to identify their expectations and anticipate the world of work.

Discussion
Educational practices applied to groups of young people who wish to enter the job market should direct their goals to the development of the professional role of youths, in order to contribute to their effective inclusion in the labor market.
