Ground Floor (Cancun Center)
Introduction
Depite the spread of programs and proposals for quality management in the construction industry, building sites are still considered dangerous places and with poor quality of life for workers. We demonstrate in this paper that the integration between production and safety is possible through advances that occur at different levels from the design elaboration (especially in times of compatibility) to the definition of procedures for implementation and support installation on building site

Methods
Grounded on reports or narratives of remarkable "events" on the site life during the fieldwork it was possible to categorize and highlight 23 cases with implications for the production process of the building.
Results
The results demonstrate that the integration between production and safety is possible through advances that occur at different levels from the development design (mainly in times of compatibility) to definition procedures for implementation and support installation on building site.
Discussion
Presentation of a model of the three levels of anticipation of existing problems during a building production process.
