Introduction
The product must be placed by hand during the shot blast process; an operator can do up to 420 wheels per hour in a shift and its has a weigh of 18 kilograms, each wheel is placed onto the conveyor belt and the shot blast machine to be smashed by steel shots leaving it porous so that the paint can easily get attached.
This process implies two operations: unload the racks and place the product onto the conveyor belt and the shot blast machine, then it is placed back onto the racks.

Methods
This is a descriptive and observational study. The method applied on the evaluation is Dr. Susan Rodgers, which is used to evaluate the function of the tasks with a frequency of repetition of 1up to 15 per minute, reaching the point of being likely tired on efforts done during 1 up to 10 minutes. Two operators were directly observed, each one by shift, to carry out the analysis above.

Results
In one of the analyzed process the operator processes 420 pieces per hour, with an average weight of 15.7 each, there’s a lifting table so that the operator does not bend down to grab the piece. It is considered as a low risk activity, so, to change the work method is not advisable.
Production varies on the other side of the process, processing 264 pieces per hour as a maximum. Since there is no lifting table, while being fewer pieces, priority is minimum.

Discussion
There is no a high priority on the work process, considering the intensity and the effort endurance, and the efforts did by the employee per minute. To change the method for both processes is not advisable, however, considering the metabolic weakening, it is advisable the staff switching every two hours.
