Introduction
The efficient management of occupational health and safety has become necessary in today's competitive environment, especially for companies seeking to expand their market performance through a certification process. The current dynamism of the market, new demands, strategic planning, technological advances, new legal requirements, among others, make arise the need to plan and execute the actions in this area. Is possible to provide micro and small enterprises support project management of the actions of the Health Service and Safety through structures outside the company. Therefore, this paper aims to discuss tools for overall management of these projects.

Methods
The research uses the deductive method; it is an applied research, qualitative and exploratory. Accomplished through literature review, from published material, available in the libraries of the Internet.

Results
The micro and small business often present a lack of ability to manage a project. The projects in occupational health and safety, such as the environmental risk prevention program and the physician control in occupational health program, consist on a set of information that are collected and processed in order to generate a new service and / or result. Through literature review, are perceived difficulties in managing several projects of micro and small enterprises.. Through literature review, are perceived difficulties in managing several projects in micro and small enterprises. a solution to the problems in project management in micro and small enterprises is to create of a management system.

Discussion
There is theoretical evidence to confirm the initial hypothesis, being viable to hire external management to the enterprise structure as a support to the projects of small and micro enterprises with the following guidelines: development, support and control. Consequently, there is an increase in efficiency and effectiveness of projects. .Besides creating after some time a culture of project management in the company.
