Introduction
Drug users, is an important group of informal workers in Brazil. They have also a special risk of accidents, psychiatric disorders and others diseases. Occupational health could be a support for them at a rehabilitation center after desintoxication treatment, working together in a team to reintegrate this population

Methods
A Tranversal study will conducted on records of 200 outpatients from a Center for treatment medical assisted of drug users, to evaluate the health and work condition based on the european questionaire – euofund, from july until december2011 . Data will be analyzed by EPIinfo 3.5 version.

Results
Another s studies conducted with this regards show great benefits as has been demonstrate by National Treatment Agency for Substance Misuse, UK. Drug treatment cuts crime and helps communities reducing crime is one of the most important benefits of it. The reintegration and recovery of drug users is at the heart of the new drug strategy. A key part of this is the support that drug users in treatment require to move them closer to the labor market. The protocol has been developed to support closer collaboration between the municipality, Industries and Agencies and to promote more effective and coordinated actions to address the employment-related needs of people who are in treatment for their substance misuse.

Discussion
Once a mapping has been done with the real capacity of this population, an assessment can be made as to whether current provision is meeting the assessed level of need and whether effective employment-focused pathways should help treatment providers. Questionnaires can help to identify expectations of clients in treatment to define realistic education, skills or employment-related goals for the client and helps the client move toward – or plan to move toward – employment.
