Introduction
Survey the current situation of the pension system of the Argentine workers, compared with other countries. Implementation of International Conventions.

Methods
Descriptive research on the historical evolution of the pension system for women in Argentina. Advantages and disadvantages of gender considerations. Current Situation.

Results
Following analysis of collective bargaining agreements, joint resolutions and laws related to the retirement pension system, it has come to the conclusion that despite the legislative efforts, there are still tangible evidence where the culture and social reality leave women in a position of disadvantage.
The current situation shows that changes made by law are insufficient to meet the socioeconomic needs that are faced by women in Argentina, where a high percentage of women have to be Heads of Household

To start the discussion could be necessary to consider changes to the pension laws adapted to the social, culture and economic impacts on the health of workers women in Argentina.
The reality at this time in a developing countries, shows that a family depends on more than one income to cover basic subsistence needs, which increase the risk of damage to health
