A1616 Psychosocial risk factor in female workers at service sectors in South Korea

Introduction
The ministry of employment of labor declares the agenda to prevent and control the work-related risks in female workers focusing in psychosocial hazard to encourage the economically participatory rate from 43%.

Methods
We conducted the survey in terms of identifying the problem especially at service sectors. Among five main service sectors such as whole sale & retail, tele-marketing, private & public health care and financial service, 508 workers were sampled at 38 shops. The questionnaire was carried out with items for emotional labor, depression, job-stress, violence and work-life imbalance.

Results
The mean level of emotional labor in public health service sector was most prominent. But the mean level of self-rated depression scale was most high in financial service sector. By Tukey analysis in ANOVA, additional psychosocial risk factors such as job-stress has been working through further analysis in terms of the correlations.

Discussion
The interventions with manuals for occupational health practitioners guidance for female workers would be established. The enforcement and adherence to regulations to prevent and control psychosocial risk factor in female workers at service sectors should be promoted.
