Introduction
The current condition of occupational health work of enterprises located in the Industrial Parks and the management system on occupational health within these parks were studied to explore an effective supervision on occupational health work of enterprises.

Methods
Both qualitative and quantitative investigation was done based on the questionnaire survey and focus group discussion. The current work on occupational health of enterprises were investigated. The current administration structure of the Industrial Parks, specially related to occupational health management, was analyzed.

Results
The administration section of Industrial Parks ignored occupational health managements. The leadership of the Industrial Parks did not have the division and/or officer for occupational health management. There were 95.1% of workers received periodical health examinations in all 99 enterprises. The level or intensity of occupational hazards at some workplaces was not compliant with the national occupational exposure limits and the compliance was 65.8%. Only 44.1% of enterprises carried out the pre-evaluation of occupational health when they began to construct the plants. About 30% enterprises did not properly install the facilities for control of occupational hazards.

Discussion
The Industrial Parks should fulfil the governmental functions fully. The health bureau should work together with the Industrial Parks and help the Parks to create a good work environment to supervise on the occupational health work of enterprises. The Industrial Parks should get the support from the occupational health service agencies to help enterprises. It is necessary that the health bureau, specially Institute of Health Inspection and Supervison, should pay more attention to occupational health management in Industrial Parks. It is necessary to perfect the quantitative scoring and grade evaluation system, so that the inspection on occupational health work in the Industrial Parks become practicable and efective. .
