Small-scaled enterprises with fewer than 50 employees in Korea, which have vulnerable workforces like elderly, women and immigrant workers, are not obligatory to provide occupational health service other than health examination and work environment measurement in Korea. In 2006, the Korea Occupational Safety and Health Agency (KOSHA) started a pilot project providing public occupational health service including health promotion for workers in small-scaled enterprises with the support of the Ministry of Labor and the Ministry of Health Welfare and Family Affairs. This report reviewed the result of the four year's activities of the center.

Discussion
To provide health care to all these workers, we should expand our partnership with the private sector. Our center is planning to identify and reduce high-risk sectors so-called bad sectors. By doing so, we can broaden the coverage in a much more efficient.
