Work-related rhinosinusitis (WRRS) is a well established, but grossly underreported clinical entity.  Recent episodes, and efforts from different professional societies are increasing its recognition as an important occupational disease.  WRRS often occurs in the same settings as work-related asthma, occurring simulataneously, or (more often) preceding it, and exceding its incidence.  This lecture will present a review of the epidemiological, clinical, diagnostic, and treatment aspects of WRRS.
