This Presentation is Organized as a Hands-on Demonstration to Assist Participants to Begin or Improve the Implementation of their own Social Media venue with a focus on Twitter  This interactive session will focus on assisting you in mastering the simple tools and techniques critical to designing and launching your very own Twitter site. Our social media mentors will show you though hands-on techniques how to build a solid social media foundation, gain valuable knowledge  about specific applications and strategies, discuss increased dissemination and networking techniques, understand danger zones and apply simple  evaluation metrics.  Please be aware that there is limited space for this workshop. Priority is first come-first served. Scientific Working Group Chairs are encouraged to apply early. Lap-top computer is required. Expected outcomes are as follows:   • Your very own Twitter site and a group of interested followers  • You will be able to recruit members and expand your network of interest.  • You will be able to identify and understand current Web 2.0 social media trends  • You will have a clear focus concerning a defined social media strategy to reach your goals  • You will be able to analyze basic metrics to evaluate your efforts.  • You will be able to disseminate your research and information to larger audiences of interest and increase networking among your colleagues   • You will be able to amaze your children (or grandchildren) or perhaps just your colleagues with your hip new abilities
