Introduction
At the last years, the bio-pesticides have been produced for different countries from entomopatógenos fungus in order to regulate the agricultural pest. Between them point up those produced from Beauveria-bassiana (Bb), Metarhizium-anisopliae (Ma), Trichodermaspp (T), y Verticillium-lecanii (Vl) fungus. Our purpose is to use this antigen produced by our Institute for confirming the specific diagnosis of the Neumonitis for Hipersensibilidad because of inhalation of spores from these micro organisms that are used as bio-pesticides and thus we could establish a program of control for this exposure.

Methods
Epidemiological study of case control was realized to 84 workers exposures to bio-pesticides who came from Centros de Reproducción de Entomófagos y Entomopatógenos (CREE) . The control group was constituted by 84 workers from another organization. The serum of the patients and controls were analyzed by ELISA, using for that the specific antigens obtained in Cuba by INSAT with BIOCEN collaboration. Bauveria bassiana (Bb), Metarhizium anisopliae (Ma), Trichoderma sp(Tsp) y Verticillium lecanii(Vl) fungus used as bio-pesticides. The effective diagnosis was determined according to Sensitively, Specificity, Positive and Negative prediction values.

Results
The procedures used in this investigation let us to ratify the diagnosis confirmation of the antigens of Bb, Ma, Tsp y Vl made by INSAT. The probability that one sick individual will be classified like that expressed on Sensitively terms was 80.9 %, the probability that one no sick individual will be classified like that according its Specificity was 95 % and the Positive and Negative prediction values were 97 and 71.4 % respectively, they are considered correct levels according to diagnosis method of ELISA test used.

Discussion
The antigen obtained from fungus used as bio-pesticides have diagnosis confirmation according to be established for this cases and could be used on the workers exposure for defining of the sick because of that.
