Introduction
The National Network for Monitoring and Prevention of Occupational Diseases (RNV3P) is a national network of experts listing all occupational health problems during consultations of occupational diseases at the Occupational Disease Consultation Centers (CCPPs) in a systematic and standardized manner. In addition to the CCPPs, the occupational health and prevention services (SSTs) also gather data on occupational diseases in the working environment. Their data are combined with those of the CCPPs to obtain extensive knowledge on occupational problems. ANSES oversees the central management of this project which is run on the basis of an agreement between partners at the national and local level: ANSES, CNAMTS, French Occupational Medicine Society (SFMT) and local partners (CHU, SST).APST-BTP-RP, occupational health service specialized in construction industry, is involved in RNV3P since 2008.

Methods
Nine occupational physicians are participating to the RNV3P network in APST service. They collect data for the network during their medical examinations in the standardized protocol. These data are combined with RNV3P database. In return, RNV3P identifies certain occupational diseases and their fluctuations, reveals new causes and emerging risks by incorporating isolated data, estimates the regional incidence of occupational diseases under the CCPP-SST partnership, identifies and analyses at-risk work stations and situations and identifies the causes.

Results
Three years of data concerning construction industry are presented here. In 2010, the incidence rate of health problems observed was 27,9 cases for a thousand (Number rising since 2008). Most of them were musculo-skeletal disorders (16,6) and touched mainly masons and painters.

Discussion
This survey contributes to the establishment of an occupational risk monitoring strategy, especially in construction industry. It helps to guide choices in terms of national epidemiological studies and risk assessments and contributes to launching regional and national priority actions.
