Introduction
This study addressed the risk that some people have to develop Burnout as a consequence of chronic job stress. Objectively determined the incidence and degree of manifest dimensions emotional exhaustion (EE), depersonalization (DE) and personal involvement in work (PE) teachers in the courses of Biological Sciences and a School of Health in Minas Gerais, Brazil.

Methods
This is applied research, quantitative, descriptive and exploratory. The research instruments used were: Maslach Burnout Inventory (MBI), questionnaire for socio-demographic, personal value inventory and work-related symptoms. In research participated 34 (thirty four) teachers of Nursing, Pharmacy, Biomedical, Physical Education, Nutrition, Occupational Therapy and Physiotherapy. We attempted to also determine certain characteristics of socio-demographic, occupational and personal and work-related personal values that might be associated with Burnout.

Results
It was noted by the survey, the majority of individuals were female, married, having children and with an average age of the favorable labor activities. Although most individuals have no other employment, such as teaching or other activities, it identifies a significant number and accumulating various functions. Signs and symptoms do not appear often, but little time to themselves, the shoulder pain and mental fatigue are the main complaints of the subjects.

Discussion
As for the MBI most teachers had a mean value for the development of Burnout in relation to three dimensions. At the end of the study was designed with one product targeted information to teachers in order to assist them in preventing this syndrome
