Introduction
Corporate Social Responsibility in business, like a new management model and corporate philosophy, are understood as the ethical and volunteer compromise, that companies ascribe to the community and/or workers for the solution of social problems. There is a useful mechanism in the combating employment discrimination against women. Also implies, strict compliance with the moral obligations, ethical and legal regulations, the guarantee of human rights, environmental and equality and respect for women.

Methods
Descriptive research on the inclusion and role of women in Corporate Social Responsibility in Argentina and Latin America. Difficulties of reconciling professional and personal life and equality. Current situation and future prospects.

Results
Conducted a survey of the implementation of corporate policies, we can say that, although there have been signing agreements, recommendations, conventions and treaties with governments, have not yet been able to secure systems that allow the incorporation of women in organizations entrepreneurs to ensure the right to equal treatment.

Discussion
While there are some countries in Latin America, whose laws promote respect for human rights in the context of work and equality between men and women, has shown that there are organizational cultures where masculine values prevail and there is little tolerance towards each other.
