Agriculture Occupational Disease

The work pathology is analyzed in the agricultural sector from two important viewpoints: Occupational Health and the valid legislation to date.    The evolution of agricultural activity in our country is also taken into consideration, the internal and external migration in search for work, the incorporation of women into the workforce due to the new types of crops, the use of pesticides since the 50’s, and the use of other kinds of contracting, used in order to avoid paying what’s due to the workers.
