Managing Cultural Disparities Across Borders in Implementation of Disability, Health Care Cost and Safety Programs

This presentation will describe the experience of a global chemical company with production facilities in the US, UK, Brazil, Australia, France among other countries.  It will focus on issues concerning disability management, union input and constraints, coordination of policies for safety and industrial hygiene, and the need to be sensitive to different legal, cultural and human issues.
